They used to have this game at Cici's pizza back in 1999 when I was 3. I remember being terrified just looking at it. My sister would play it and She went on high power and I thought she was going to literally die.

There used to be an arcade in Times Square that had this game and I became addicted after a friend showed it to me. Every time a friend from back home would visit me in NYC, I'd take them in there when we visited Times Sq and they always got a 'kick' out of it. Good times!!!
