I'm finding my way through lightwave9 with the 30 day trial. It's really hard to teach yourself this program but I'm making progress.

Still haven't gotten into all of the good stuff yet though lol.

holy shit!! i'm a cinema 4d user, and i find that program alot easy and fun! c4d forever..lol

anyways i got lightwave 7 2 years ago and i learn alot and the animation is very powefull but complex unlike c4d..same with the render..

i'm sry but i pick c4d over lightwave anyday

Very impressive community video. LightWaves already renowned renderer has certainly been lifted higher. A serious contender/alternative for MentalRay and Renderman users etc.
