No, most of those companies who make US or foreign branded name products are sub-contractors. Example, Nike is a US company but their shoes, appearals and other products are made by overseas companies not controlled by Nike itself.

All products have to be compliant with US safety regulation but many foreign (Chinese) companies bypass that to increase profit.
