  • Shit!

  • good music, can you give to mp3?

  • all dj producers are so mad at making music i have tryd a bit but not succes :P

  • Nice one Mate :P

  • very big reverb, bad.

  • sounds good man

  • Funky little ditty.

  • this is very cool :)

  • Do you have a myspace or site where you host your music? You make really good music and I'd like to be able to hear somewhere if you have it up. Nothing beats clear audio streaming, or whatever you may have :). But awesome composition man; I love it :)!

  • all my days.... this is the best song I ever heard. keep it up :D

just kidding, this is truely shocking. All that equipment and your making bad 80's replica music.

you do have some keyboard skills though ;)

  • Hehe, I have seen people make movie soundtracks with a guitar stompbox through and amp, and people with giant buchla modulars worth 20 grand tweeking a sine wave for hours. Its all how you look at it man. See that guy on the synths in the video for the song Victim from the industrial band TV, that's me if you want to see anymore of my humble keyboard pecking... :D Thanks!

  • how do you like the alesis photon 25? do you suggest it?

  • Its great for a small footprint midi controller for studio use. There are just driver and control message issues with it that kind of got irritating. I have moved to an m-audio oxygen8 49 key controller. I like it a lot and have had zero problems with it. Cheers!

  • Very inspiring indeed. Do you have a myspace?

  • I have a question about photon x25...

Can I change transpose with it? Coz i can only see octave bottons in the pictures.

  • All the buttons and knobs are fully assignable if your recording software supports midi CC assignment/midi learn. You could assign transpose if you wanted to those, or any other buttons or knobs. Hope that helps! :)

  • great! the kickdrum is from nexus?

    compliments from italy!

  • Thanks! The drums are kits from NI synthetic drums. I used some of the plug-ins in Logic to treat them. Thats about it, I always get too picky with my drum tracks and tweak them way more than needed, but I'm like that..hehe. Take care in Italy! ( I still listen to Italo Disco..Sandra, Linda jo Rizzo, Fancy and most of those... )

  • lol, funny mate, well luv the work u done to ur studio, I just began producing and only have 1 keyboard usb connected luv it :D bruv im really looking forward Nexus! u may have used it on fl studio, I got vanguard though :D i need nexus

  • Thanks, too many synths, not enough time to get them! lol reFX products rock, you will love NEXUS when you get it, be sure to pick up the Analog and Crank expansions.. G'Day! Dont give up, just dont sell your gear- ever. I made that mistake and wish I never sold the stuff when I thought I did'nt need it anymore.. :(

  • good stuff bruv, luv the setup, many keyboards including Virus I see =)))

  • Thanks : ) I'm infected.....hehe

  • bootiful!

  • what's the midi controller at the bottom??

    :O

it looks like a evolution uc-33e its that??

  • I never even noticed that, lol. Its actually the bottom of my mixer. Just a behringer 1204 euromixer. Thanks for the interest. : )

  • oh! now i found the shape

    :)

well i like the song and the project

    keep the good work

    :)

  • ow men,so many stuff but so less music

    keep it as a hobby,:)

  • I am sorry to disappoint you, I promise to upload more videos, and give a link to download high quality FREE TILLTHEN musik. Scouts honor! : )

  • I thought it sounded great. keep on keepin on

  • Kick ass song Jason! keep up the great work!

    ~chris

  • not bad :)

  • great song

  • Thanks!

  • i've got a good excuse to say... NICE RACK DUDE !!!

loved it, and love the setup, come on 5 synths and a mixer... pretty cool stuffs :D....

i've got the mixer, the imac, one of those synths and logic to play around with...

can i just ask you how u recorded the beats, through a drum machine or tapped in through midi or sampled from somewhere?

  • Thanks! I use Ultrabeat as my drum sequencer. I use NI synthetic drum samples, and I use the piano roll to input the drum lines. I want to buy a drum pad so I can record the lines live, to get a better vibe. I try to avoid using drum loops, as it sounds like a cookie cutter real quick Email me and I will explain it in more detail, or, if you want I can create a video tutorial.

  • at first glance it looked like you were sitting in front of a couple pianos in a spacestation overlooking the planet earth.

the blue of the desktop was throwing me for a loop!

    music sounds great man.

  • w0rldpeace and realisvirIV, thanks much for the comments, thats why I love to do what I do. These songs are created from my feelings and ideas inside me, influenced from the world around me. You enjoy them, so that means they meant something to you, and that means alot to me. :) Electronic music for a better world.

  • This really is a really cool song. It's been on and off dream to write the ultimate techno song one day - like a techno song to end all techno songs. It would incorporate techno, house, trance, electronica, industrial, rock, alternate, classical, and all the best.

  • dude nice set up!..Sweet ass shirt man Fix an mccarthy! good job

  • Hell yeah! Fixmer McCarthy! If you like the sound, check out Nitzer Ebb ( if u dont know already ) McCarthy was lead vocals for NE, great EBM/Industrial to make your body move! ( I grew up in the 80's so they are one of my faves )

  • Hells yeah! Big fan of Nitzer Ebb. Do you have an album out?. Not too long ago I got my Access Virus TI. Pretty sweet and esp with logic, you can load many older versions of virus sounds. Let me know where I can hear your music. Sounds bad ass.

  • Hi, heres the setup. My audio interface is an alesis photon x25, that takes one of the usb slots on the iMac. My keyboards are all linked by audio to a eurorack 1604a mixer, that feeds to the audio in on the photon x25. The midi is taken care of by 1 m-audio midisport 4x4 and 1 2x2, these are both usb, so that takes care the other two usb slots on the iMac. It all runs smooth with logic pro 7.

  • hiya i was just wondering, how do you connect all of that to your imac

  • hey man, see you got a mac! im wondering if you could haelp me?

i used my photon x25 with garage band perfectly first of all, but now all of a sudden it prompts my laptop to want to restart and this happens everytime i connect.

any ideas on whats wrong or how i could fix this?

    thanks, james x

  • Hey James,

My photon did the same thing to my laptop ( dell c840 )

I thought it was a driver issue, but after updating the usb drivers, and the alesis driver I still had the same problem. I got my mac, and thats all she wrote... :) I would search the sonicstate and the alesis forums, I always seem to find someone who had the same problem, and then posts the solution. Good luck! ( I gave up trying to make it work with my laptop. )

  • aw thanks anyway, glad to see the x25 must have a fault somewhere, not just mine lol, think i might get an alesis micron anyways? i think they double as a midi controller, but yeah, ive got a brand new macbook pro so theres no fault on here, thanks again anyway, i will check forums =) x

  • Got your message .. sweet man. Keep'em coming!

  • This was really neat to see the process and time you put into your music. Loved your intro and exist was awsome
