@salvab13 you should be able to do this even in the simplest program like "paint".

This works well to enlarge a drawing, complete the grid on you study (photo copy) and enlarge the grid on your drawing paper sort of a fill in the blanks works like a charm. great videos!!!!!

What if your reference photo is only about the size you would put in a photo album book, but you want to draw the picture alot bigger then it actually is. How could you keep proportions right if you had a small picture?
