ill try to settle wats going on below way way below cuz its kinda on my nerves :\ the hwacha (or huacha or watever the spelling doesnt really matter) was invented in china lotsa years ago. but the koreans used that design and made something thats basically the same thing but isnt. kinda like pepsi and coke and after that both sides used the same basic desigh to kill each other... so the chinese invented it but the koreans used it too
