  • Haha 710 was the tram used in the Alan Bradley death scene from Coronation Street

  • Excellent vid,excellent editing,very professional

    looking vid...thanks Steve..

  • @stestepney Thank you Steve for your very kind comments.

  • nice video! so whats the difference between tram and lightrail?

  • @TheDaniel83baez Not 100% sure on that one, I think they refer to light rail more with the modern trams with them having higher capacity and faster than the conventional trams.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • Great Vid! I will be in Blackpool in september, when you making august vid!

  • @RailSparkz95 Thanks for your kind comments, hoping to have an august video sorted over the Bank Holiday.

    Good luck in September.

  • Sry ballon 717 and the twin car orange an yellow all out on Monday , also noticed that the illumination fisher boat was out every morning and was the first tram that passed me going to bispham and noticed it was being used for training ,

  • @normandytrooper Usually find the trawler on driver training.

Nice to hear that a twin car was out during the week as it is usually weekends that you see these.

  • Seen 715,630 brush, ballon

  • Sry my auto correct didn't recognize bispham and it spelt little is ham lol

  • I will post a video of them on Monday, seem that they were doing point checks ass all they did was go to the mini golf part then switch onto the other line and back again , and ballon 720 was siting down the line abit , yea your right about Crich and apparently they have reserved three! I think it would be good to have the whole fleet the ones with transponders go up little is ham and back to star gate on there last day of service

  • Seen 715 yesterday but had reseverd in it's destination window , looked good ,malso seen two single deck centenary cars 646 and 647 down at the new depot doing test runs and also ballon 720 , it seems 3 of the centenary cars have been reserved by the Crich tram way,

  • @normandytrooper I have yet to see anything at the new depot and I live locally.

It make you wonder where Crich are going to put all these extra trams.

I hope Crich realize that a Centenary car requires a three man crew, driver, conductor and a mechanic.

  • Oh right , just seen the pleasure beach advert ballon at bispham and when I passed rigby road depot a single deck ,can't remember which one was moving about the depot probably to let a tram out

  • 715

  • Or the green and cream livery ballon , ;(

  • I'm Blackpool now, and haven't seen a single deck tram :(

  • @normandytrooper They usually have enough balloons for services and don't usually require single deckers.

Have not seen either of the two advert Brush cars this year yet myself.

Don't see much of 715 since the widened cars came into service, having said this it was out last weekend.

Weekend would be a better bet for seeing either 715 or single deckers.

  • Another fantastic video! Keep up this great work! 5*

  • @ABZScotrail170 Thanks for that ABZScotrail.

  • Cracking stuff as usual, well done. Cam.

  • @FishyCam Thank you FishyCam, glad you liked the video.

  • Lol fat balloons but how many are being converted?

  • @normandytrooper There are definitely nine balloons being converted but possibly 10.

  • @dalrigh Looks like 715 is the only one to currently keep her original fixtures. Is that to change?

  • @RLMadison No that will not change due to the tram being owned by the LTT society.

The LTT are keeping the tram as close to it's original condition as they can.

  • Excellent piece of work their!

  • @MrWallaseyan Thank you for your kind comments, much appreciated.

  • Another two great vids about these nice trams.

    King regards

  • @clown1973 Thank you for your comments clown1973.

  • what happnd to the tram be drove out by the van has it gone to be restored or is it screaped

  • @screammac Balloon 710 has gone into storage and belongs to Friends of Fleetwood Trams.

They are hoping to get funding for a museum where it will be displayed.

  • great video once again, and Blackpool looks really busy, once again. however what are Blackpool transport playing at only have a tram every 30 mins at night and the first tram not getting to north pier until 10:04.

  • @srpott40 The last couple of nights these trams have not run to time which has made it an hourly service.

Often see people waiting and then giving up on the trams

The late morning start for the trams does not seem to cater for people leaving the hotels, which does not make any sense to me.

  • Those widened trams look great , great vid as usual

  • @normandytrooper I believe the new nickname for the widened balloons, is fat balloons.

    Thanks for your comments.
