From what I can understand in Japanese... (I'm innovating a lot here)

First place your left hand 4 centimeters into the middle and pinch it.

next, move your other hand up to the top and hold it. fold your right hand over the other one.

At this point, you have to make sure you grab the bottom shirt layer with your right hand.

Lift everything up and straighten it out, and ta da...

she says 1/4th of the way down from the top, but 4centimeters i pretty close to that for most shirts... i think the top/bottom includeds the sleeves.
