Same for free market governments. 'Solidarity' is an alien word that has nothing in common with freedom or democratically elected constitutional government.

Well the british are right to criticise the eurozone. Especially for acting as if they were the entire EU. On the other hand Britain should both pay its contribution like other wealthy nations do and maybe, just maybe recognize that the pound is inflation at higher speed than the euro and dollar. So they are not doing so well either.
I think it was a total blunder to introduce the euro so early they should have wated some decades. But a single marked with a single currency sounds plausible.

He had said at the time that the two words mean the same.
