That I know of, you must use another program to record, of course I have never tried with FL.

There is Edison in FL if you have pre-recorded vocals you can drop into it.

Thus allowing the use of the Vocoder on FL 8 or older, or if you got the new 9, Vocodex.

Just searched and searched. It took me years to get all the drum-packs I got. Some are free, some aren't. The best one I can tell you to get is the Hi-Fly drum kits which costs $20.

You can do beats different ways. I have mine 1 of 2 way's, a heavy chorus or a light chorus. Light chorus to me is maybe just a piano and a drumline with just the bass and snare or no drumline at all. A heavy chorus to me is all or most instruments without overloading the levels together with a drumline or no drumline and maybe a whining-synth to it with a different melody that goes along with it. I ma not going to download beats from you, but you can post a video. Google how to.
