This is what I can tell you. DD has been my fave band for 25 yrs & history was written as this: JT & Simon were the faves, the darlings of the band. Nick was 3rd, Roger 4th, Andy pulling last place, kinda like Ringo was in the Beatles. Roger was ALSO very shy back then. He always said if music hadn't worked 4 him he'd have been a mailman. Notice that Andy was concpicuously absent. He's always been the outcast so to speak. Still is.

Actually, I have to admit that I lived in Upstate, Ny at the time so I lived a good 8hrs at least from the City itself. We lived about 2 hours from the Canadian border. Yeah, it was a BIG DEAL to go anywhere or see ANYHTHING! lol! We were basically country people but my parents worked in Rochester. For 2 years straight I couldn't eat any apples cause we were SURROUNDED by them!!
