Wow, this is so beautiful. I learnt very basic ASL years and years ago because I was very interested in it, but then I moved to the UK and couldn't find a place to pick up BSL, and was daunted by the thought of starting over, but to sign as beautiful as you do, you've inspired me to start again. x

My dad is deaf (as is most of my family), and I picked this song a few years back to be the song I dance to with my dad. Its good seeing it in ASL so I can get some ideas on how to interpret some parts I wasn't sure how to put into sign. no im not deaf but my bf is he is also my son's father so when i forget any signs i look u up then i remember how again & when i copy u (just 4 fun) my son trys 2 grab my hands but i keep signing its fun 4 him cuz we r going 2 teach him sign language (my son is 9 months old) so its just right now funny 2 him but i plan 2 do it all the time he already knows when he sneezes & i sign "bless you" he knows what im saying. & also i think it is really cool that there is someone out there that does

A few years ago this was one of the songs used for a ballet dance at my school. The whole audience was pretty much in tears. You did it beautifully. < 3

Wow, this is so beautiful. I learnt very basic ASL years and years ago because I was very interested in it, but then I moved to the UK and couldn't find a place to pick up BSL, and was daunted by the thought of starting over, but to sign as beautiful as you do, you've inspired me to start again. x

This song brings back so many memories, I remember hanging out with my older sis (who died a while back) at night and she'd turn on her little lamp and we'd listen to bob carlisle. So even the lighting in this song brings be back to there. Thank you :)

all i can say is wow. my dad said too my mom years ago when i was a child that this is the song that he wanted to play for the father-daughter dance at my wedding when the time comes. ever since i've known that i cry every time i hear this song. seeing it in ASL really hit me hard. i have so much respect for the language and in conjunction with that song just made me break down. thank you. :)

You are awesome at sign language and this is one of my favorite songs because I have been fighting with my father and today I saw him for the first time in about a month and a 1/2. This is a Wounderful Song and all i have to say is WOW i am half-deaf and i have had to learn how to ASL but i dont know all of the ways todo it like you so keep it up and u are very Pretty thought you should know ..... Thank you so much for your dedication and the beautiful way you sign. I am sitting in a hospital with my daddy who is 78 and my mom is having emergency surgery after taking a nasty fall yesturday and me and daddy sat and watched you twice that has been our song for a very long time and we have even gotten to meet Bob and get signed copies of original books,lyrics and so forth but TODAY you blessed us right to the core. My dad is deaf (as is most of my family), and I picked this song a few years back to be the song I dance to with my dad. Its good seeing it in ASL so I can get some ideas on how to interpret some parts I wasn't sure how to put into sign. Thank you for making this a video, now I know this song isn't an impossibility at my wedding :D

I have watched just about all your videos. i have been teaching my daughter (2 1/2) sign language since she was about 3 months old she knows quite a few signs and you ahve inspired me to look more into learning to talk sign all the time! Thank you

no im not deaf but my bf is he is also my son's father so when i forget any signs i look u up then i remember how again & when i copy u (just 4 fun) my son trys 2 grab my hands but i keep signing its fun 4 him cuz we r going 2 teach him sign language (my son is 9 months old) so its just right now funny 2 him but i plan 2 do it all the time he already knows when he sneezes & i sign "bless you" he knows what im saying. & also i think it is really cool that there is someone out there that does
