It's called a CHEMBOW, a result of chemical spraying in the atmosphere. Do any of you see those long trails left in the sky by what look like planes? That spread into sun blocking muck that causes these huge rings to form around the sun? What is wrong with you people, no wonder the world is a mess.

i just saw one right now...i was freaked out because i thought it was something besides the sun..like, another sun.. i filmed it, and i'll be putting it up soon...but i looked it up, and there's writings throughout history that soon after seeing on, an earthquake hit...I'm in vancouver, and boy, are we overdue for a huge earthquake......needless to say it made me jump!

Sky full of chemtrail! Didn´t anyone notice that? I´ve saw this rainbow effect after some planes sprayed chemtrail in the sky.

Actually that's not a sundog either; it's called a solar halo. Sundogs are to the right and left of the sun. Good guess though!
