Does anyone know when Nick Arcade and GUTS were given their weekday time slots? I was looking at a few schedules from selected weeks from each year, and couldn't believe GUTS apparently wasn't airing anymore on weekdays by April of 94. I could've sworn GUTS had a LONG run as a weekday show (either 5:00 or 5:30 PM) between 93 and 95, but I guess time plays tricks on the mind. And I thought Nick Arcade had a long run at 5:30 in 92/93.

@pannoni1 Ya i'd have to agree with you, the game shows were the best part of Nickelodeon and spongebob contributed to the downfall but shows like Rugrats and Hey Arnold held them together for a couple of years but then Nick made a stupid mistake and canceled most of them but Sponge Bob today still remains and new episodes are still being made.

I wish Nickelodeon was the way it was when I was a kid in during 1980s - 1996 shows when it was at its best in my opinion. By 1992 Nick was already quite good even before 1992. I started my interest with Nickelodeon in 1986 when I was like 4.

Screw you. The current Nick is just as good as old Nick- you just didn't realize some of the old shows stunk, because you were an easy-to-please kid. Its kind of sad that I actually remember these commercials. You know what, all these commercials that you saw over and over and over as a child always sticks in the back of your brain and it could be 10, 15, 20 years since they have been on.
