  • The 100% perfect rebel rocker record-this should have been in the Cry Baby movie with Johnny Depp riding his cycle.

  • Saw him perform this and other stuff two weeks back and he can still cut it !

  • The original version of this was Greeseball, and Jack had to rework it to Leroy with his road band Greeseball was considered offensive.

  • NOW THIS IS ROCK N ROLL. Eat your heart out Elvis. Thanks for posting a record I haven't heard in 50 years.

  • Man...that's REAL rock and roll!!!!!

  • Now that's "Rock n Roll" ! Haven't heard that song since riding in my brother's 1953 Ford way back in 1958.

  • My mother threatened to kill me if I played this record one more time. I used to put it on "repeat" and play it over and over. I loved that wailing sax.

  • The flip side, "My True Love" became the far bigger hit, but this rocker missed by a notch from reaching the Top 10 on Billboard's charts in 1958.

    CHEERS L.S.M.

  • Could you offer Jack's first hit record, "Baby She's Gone" a number 1 in Detroit?

  • Sorry, I don't have that one. I've only been collecting records for a short while so my collection is quite small.

  • I think that is Scott's BEST record. You REALLY should check it out. It was reportedly a # 1 in Detroit back when, when he was starting out. You just might have to pick yourself up off the floor after hearing "Baby, She's Gone".

  • I am looking for two songs for my uncle, tear ear drops and without love. Both songs are by jack scott.any ideas?thanks,Erich
