  • @MyBelovedCannibal Basically just keeping the brush opacity (usually something between 20-90%) just transparent enough to let the color underneath to shine trough. Other key thing is keeping your other hand on the keyboard for easy access to the alt -button, which is the shortcut to the color picker, that you'll need all the time.
