@Stonepolo...last I checked...walnuts (which she used) are a GREAT source of Omega 3's (which she also mentioned)...which is a 'good fat'...and it is the whites of the egg (which she used), that is the portion of the egg with the extremely high quality protein and is used by the body...if you are going to criticized people, please do your research before...especially when all she is doing is helping others to become healthier and show how easy it is to make healthy meals quickly.
@Bazey1 i know my stuff and i honestly forgot about the walnuts. my comment was aimed at the part about the eggs. so you don't have to be so harsh. calling me out and saying that i "need to do my research" is a bit much when all i said was she should have kept one egg yolk.
she should have kept one egg yolk. protein is not properly absorbed in the absence of fat because you never find protein without fat in nature. plus eggs are an extremely high quality protein (97% can be used by the body).
