I see a lot of comments saying Budokai 3 is the best of the series. But its cutting out tremendous amounts of story that Budokai 1 included. Are the fights you take part in dependent on which character you pick? It just completely skipped 17, 18, 16, Gero, and 19 all together!

Luckily, I've seen the whole series up to the Buu saga, so I know how it plays out, but anybody new to the series would be scratching their heads, wondering what the hell the people are talking about.

@Nyrufa Gameplay is 70% of the reason why I play a game. Story doesn't really matter to me. I play a ton of games in Japanese and I have no clue wtf is going on other than "I am beating my opponent's ass" Hell, even in story heavy games like Super Robot Wars, I don't really care.

@Nyrufa well goku never face 16, 17, 18, or gero in the series. he does face 19 but they decided not to include that. they should maybe included a fight with gohan in the hyperbolic time chamber from when they trained for the fight with cell

guys u know i'd love to see? thins game is cool because you need to find the dragon balls and travel around the world to fight the enemies , now imagina this like a " fusion" with tenkaichi 3 the gameplay... it would be cool , i think because i dont see any funny just choose the battle and then the majin buu saga , just like no cooment theres almost no epic battles , sttil one of best games ever for dbz fans

I used to love this game and hated the budoaki tenkaichi series when it first came out, but now its the other way round. After playing budoaki tenkaichi 3 I can tget back into this game. It just feels so slow and boring. And theres no where near enough chcarcters. BT3 has 160 different forms/chaarcters and they managed to make them all feel different.

I forgot you can't use fusions in Dragon Universe mode unless its part of the story. I will however show off transformation/abilities in single battles so that everyone can see them later on.

When playing the story mode, it skips around only to which sections of the story the character you chose is involved. In this case, Goku never fought 17 and 18, and the game doesn't have the fat android Goku fought in it. Therefore, as far as what characters are in the game, Perfect Cell is the first and last he fights in the story in that saga.

So if you chose Vegeta, you would be able to battle against the androids and a couple of cells former versions.

I use Gamebridge to capture video, I use Windows Movie Maker to record narration, basically I click narrate in WMM, switch over to the Intervideo software that records the video, hit record, play until i run out of time, stop narration on WMM, chop off the empty parts at the start and end and you have a video!
