I like it, don't listen to the haters. It doesn't matter what software or hardware people use its the person! If your beats are improved with the beat thang then use that! Lol. I prefer my maschine though.
@dlpeace i got maschine n my boy has a beat thang. we compared both to the core for lik 6 hrs n the maschine can do more than tht. no question. n its most prefered by most producers.
@dlpeace well maschine and integrate into any DAW so mastering can clown beat thang doing that. Maschine also has VST support, so you aren't stuck with using beat thang synths or modules if it even has anything. but like i always say if i know how to make a good beat with a spoon and some guy has pro tools and can't make a beat for shit, then it's obviously the producer and not the tool with the skill.
Hows the workflow on the Beat Thang? Why am I asking?: BEcause I have a Tuff time dealing with tons of menus and lose my creativity. From Idea to Laying down Track is it a Fuss or a hassle to get your beat down--> record + chop a sample and lay down patterns?? Please help
word to the wise.....MPC's will NEVER go anywhere...its real producers who STILL use the SP1200 and make hits YOU listen to today...its not the equipment u use, its the producers creativity with what ever he uses....shoutouts to MPC users & Akai !
I really appreciate you taking the time to put these out. I do have a question. I am having the toughest time actually putting a sample into my beat thang hardware. Can you please give a step by step as to how to do so? Thank you
Dope beat man. Kinda got me re-thinking my equipment and the functionality of all I own. I got a Macbook Pro and Native instruments Maschine, Running Apple Logic Pro Software and Presonus Studio One with Pro Tools LE and Cubase LE as well as a M-Audio Key rig Controller and Yamaha Motif XF . It just seems like I need to downsize and still be productive,
