I have never killed anybody in my life, not even close. However I do have a very violent imagination and upon many occasions I have had to withdraw while nursing some very terrible thoughts of revenge. I think over the years I have learned how to protect myself from others emotionally because I know deep down I could go nuts on somebody.
My family was very violent and angry. I have a distant relative that I never met who was a infamous mafia hit man in the 1950s. They say he killed 22 people.
i guess its natural to have these thoughts...me too,i learned not to get emotionally attached to just anyone...most screw you in the end...if your not to tight with them it doesnt hurt as much.

Yeah, you always wonder wether the rampage killer you hear about in the news had it in them all along or was he/she just an average person that got into a certain state that drove an otherwise non-confrontational personality to kill.
What do we always hear in the new reports?: "He was such a nice guy. I can't imagine that he did that.", etc.
Makes you wonder about the true nature of the situation. Natural born killer or average person who had just the right buttons pressed? Hard to say.
There are times when I feel murderous, but usually it's towards people who genuinely do something to earn my hatred. I'm sure that I probably have the potential to kill people, but I don't do it, and I don't want to do it and I don't want to feel this way when I do, because it is really frightening. Everybody has the potential to kill people, weather they realise it or not, weather they feel it or not. I like the videos, this one especially has made me think a lot about myself.
It would take someone physically harming a member of my family, then i would do it in a heart beat, but have never thought about it otherwise. Even then it wouldn't be a killing spree just the person who caused harm. Even then this has happened in the past and i didn't kill them, just gave them a right beating.

Buddhism has some good thoughts on this, can't rermember the actual names, but they basically mean; Good thoughts and Bad thoughts, and he means real evil ones. we ALL have them whether it's wishing someone dead that you really love or crushing a puppy to see what it feels like. His thoughts were to learn to let the good ones stay whilst letting the bad ones flow back out of your head to where they came from, and not feeling guilt over a mere thought. Peace.
Most serial killers are sociopaths, which have extremely addictive personalities. Prostitutes feed off of addiction, sociopaths also tend to hate society because of the weakness that it instills in people, and prostitutes are the epitome of that process. It is predictable that a sociopath would want to kill prostitutes.

Humans, even nominally good people, are capable of doing horrible things under the right conditions. Some are more susceptible than others.
