  • @Jerry Blame it on Ben Franklin. He thought the charge carrier was positive. He knew there was a 50% chance he was wrong but he flipped a coin and we now have what we have.

    cathode is negative, but cation is positive. i find it kinda weird too.

  • @FennecFoxxx not when the dt frountation is occuring on the front hypothesis, wierd but it makes sense at the end of the day :)

  • @JerryKitich Think of it as the terminal where electrons LEAVE, thus positive. :)
