You are so right about everybody always playing balls to the wall metal!!!! I hate it. I want to hear somebody play the guitar like you. Not play the stereotypes of the amp.
@DKxSLIPKNOTxDK no problem as long as you have a stand alone power amp to run the triaxis through. the triaxis is only a preamp and does not push any power.
@masque1313 That's interesting but I'm a little confused because I saw a video of a mesa boogie studio preamp recorded directly, without a power amp. That's possible? Thanks, and nice triaxis demo!
@RodHammett95 yes the studio preamp and triaxis both have direct recording outputs that you can use to run straight into a recorder or a live PA mixer...but if you want to hear the unit like it's a guitar amp or guitar rig then you must plug the triaxis into a power amp and then into a speaker cabinet. the triaxis produces no "speaker output power".
man i really love your tone that triaxis and paul sound great and i think your playing is very nice. you really didn't go overboard with the gain im actually looking at getting a used one with the abbicus pedal could i bother you for some settings i use a maxon od808 faded 50's standard or 70 3pu custom also some custom esp into a tiny terror combo, dc5 mesa combo or big gigs a dual rec 3ch but i really love your tones sounds awesome great job
