Well that's not strictly true as they actively encourage fans to record and release bootlegs of their live performances. All very generous and well meaning but now you can't go to a gig without seeing hundreds of fucking mobile phones being held in the air. This isn't a problem peculiar to ASMZ however.

I've not got "He Has Left Us Alone..." on physical copy but i've got "Born Into Trouble...", "This Is Our Punk Rock..." and "Kollaps Tradixionales". I agree that there is nothing more rewarding than having the physical copies. I mean, one bonus is that the sound quality is always good, but the other is just how the CD is presented in its physical format. The designs, the packaging, it's layout etc.

but for some reason, knowing now that Efrim's dog Wanda was the inspiration... kind of makes it more special.

Those serene whistling sounds that can be heard throughout this song remind me of the sounds that the seals make in the oscar nominated Werner Herzog film "Encounters at the End of the World".

In fact, you could almost put on any ASMZ record and it would make a perfect soundtrack for the film. Go watch it, it's great!! Found on torrents.
