  • I'm sure if someone you loved was actually killed, you'd feel differently.

  • @TopTenCrew did we not watch the same video? He already responded to this over used argument.

Sometimes I really have to wonder about peoples ability to listen to shit that there watching.

  • One of your best :)

  • an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind-coming from a Indian satanic bitch in the 1940s

  • all hail bacon lord!

  • cops in america are fucked up.

  • Well you fucking pay to keep the pieces of shit in prison for life! Don't send me the bill. If you committed premeditated murder & there is concrete evidence to convict you, you gave up your right as a human on the planet period. Why should the rest of humanity pay in whatever way to keep a degenerate piece of shit like this around? I'm talking murder #1 here not manslaughter! Any sentence over 7 years might as well have a death sentence with it anyway! After 7 years in prison your socially fckd

  • @TheMuskokaman...cont. If your gonna Lobotomize the criminal so they can't do it again you have also created a dependent on the state/country that the taxpayer has to pay for as well.I agree with you in/part on Your libertarian ideals but until we have a machine that can repair the brain damage in the criminal that caused the lapse of morality. We are left with few options that don't entail downloading the debt of incarceration to law-abiding citizens. Ergo Death sentence Globally for Murder #1

  • I for one accept our bacon overlords.

  • @hapayboy Facist.

  • this won't work - the cops aren't going to arrest THEMSELVES.

  • "Unloading those clips"

You probably didn't give a shit, but it's actually unloading magazines. Stripper clips put the rounds into the magazine. Sorry, had to be arrogant and prance about my extensive gun knowledge, like the rest of the stereotypical know it all gun nuts on youtube.

  • Whats that song in the credits, TJ? :)

  • I just ate some bacon that I fried up PERFECTLY! It was DELICIOUS! but you may like your bacon more or less crispy than I like mine. I wonder who is right? I'm going with the idea that neither is wrong... And that both are right. BACON LORD! That's pretty funny.

  • Yet TJ is: Still all for government, and police to act as it's mindless tool. And I'm not saying if I agree or not with a death penalty (especially one prescribed by a government), what is your alternative TJ? Or do you think that far?

It's not "for the revenge, or for the sake of the family who lost a relative... how about for the REST OF THE FUCKING PEOPLE who are alive, and don't want to be murderer maybe? Fuckin' think man. "lets just put them in cages right"? Stupid.

  • Is this guy actually trying to be funny?

    *facepalm*

  • How about prison instead? I'm absolutely against the death penalty and believe in rehabilitation.

  • All those cops should be fired and given prison time.

  • just saw a ChristianMingle ad here... found it almost Ironic..

  • You moron there is a glock 22. That's not the caliber.

  • Hail to the Bacon Lord.

  • check your facts tj the police dont use .22's glock doesnt even make a .22 model. JK

  • Whore sluts banned that video!

  • i don't care what the consequences are, if someone i knew, someone i loved was brutally murdered, i would take the law into my own hand, that person would suffer and would die by my hands, otherwise i probably wouldn't be able to live with myself, if he was just put in prison for life, because then everytime i pay my taxes, i would be paying for his meals and such, i do think there are people that should die, but every proper punishment is for criminals is deemed inhumane.

  • Lol, I want ice-cream now xD

Anyway, your points are very valid. You've actually changed my opinion on this.

  • i heard that usa isn´t in the UN because they execute people, both old and young.

  • NEGATIVE ONE

  • how is the bacon lord thing not a meme?

  • literally eating ice cream...

  • I just noticed you have an overbite. And a lisp. :O

  • Bacon lord?

    FUCK YEAH!!!

  • Wow, I renounce my atheism to become a disciple of Bacon Lord. For He is above all things.

  • I think the execution law shouldn't be aloud because you could do a little crime and go away for 5 years. While if you did a terrible crime, you would probably rather death then a life sentence in prison. (luckly I'm not in USA)

  • @theinfobro how loud should it be then?

  • Oink oink little pig. <3

  • I live in Canada. Our Police RARELY do any of these things. Usually it's a drunkard, or a rioter who resists arrest that get's beaten up, but rioters are usually poor people. Our Cops don't even shoot cop-killers the way your fucknut country does things, or your government. It's as if America is the drunk in the bar who wants to fight everybody, "because they may be a threat" excuse. I hope the imaginary man in the sky, saves you.

  • I do think that there are people that deserve do die, but i think nobody should have the right to decide that and especially not the government.

For example a mother's son was brutally murdered by some psycho killer, if the mother would take revenge and kill the killer, it would be murder, but when the court sentences him to death it's RIGHT it's the LAW, that's just stupid.

    That's why I am anti death-penalty.

  • I will never trust a cop agen

  • I agree with a lot that you say but when it comes to law enforcement we differ and take stances on two different sides. Officers do sign away their life when they go onto the street every night because they dont know if they will be coming home. However I do agree that it is complete bullshit that the bad officers get away and give law enforcement in general a bad name. They do have a standard to uphold but saying if you misuse force or authority you should die is just too extreme.

  • @JokerxeroVids

How is that too extreme? 12 people that are supposed to be the highest authority when it comes to physically protecting the your life decided to shit on that idea and literally murder an unarmed man on a grudge. I think hanging is too little. They need to be burned at the stake.

  • @Socioistic

Its extreme for the simple fact of anytime an officer uses force it is deemed "abusive." So pretty much lets just kill all law enforcement. How is it a a grudge? Yes the dude hit a cop and they responded with force he showed that he, the driver, was willing to harm anyone in his way. Why is it reverge, he hit a cop thats felony charges plus why isnt the condition of the officer hit given? This just seems like they are trying to make cops look bad.

  • @JokerxeroVids

Yes, because they are held to a higher standard than us, because they are officers of the law. They have sworn to uphold the law, and protect the citizens of America. So when a normal person hits a cop-- about which we don't know the situation, as in: why he did it, how it happened-- he should go to prison. When officers of the law get together, intent on murdering him, and recklessly fire over a hundred rounds at a stopped car with an innocent person in it, they should hang.

  • @Socioistic when you hit an officer with a car that is considered deadly force therefore the officers can use deadly force now the video now this video is flawed from the start we see officers around the vehicles guns drawn around the officer than TJ says well they opened fire etc etc. So.. again why wasnt the condition of the officer who was hit given? it seems to me that hey this is a chance to make it look like the officers are the bad guys.

  • @Socioistic I'm an American and I agree with this message.

  • This guy is a fucking genius! I am subscribing because I have agreed to everything you said!

  • Even if there was a law, I see cops get off the hook here in Alabama all the time. One cop actually got caught molesting a teenage girl - under 18, mind you. He was penalized for "wrongful conduct" and got away scott free. If a civilian even LOOKS at a teenage girl, it's automatic statutory rape, pack your bags, you're going to jail!! Justice in this country is a joke.

  • Cops have families too though >_>

  • @21ollej Well lets hope they do their job right, unlike the pricks in the cellphone video.

  • @Akeuw Indeed.

  • hmm, i feel the urge to eat icecream now

  • Laughed hysterically for a good 5 minutes at the beginning

    Sentences you to DEEAAAAATH

  • TJ, I believe the death penalty should be enforced because there are some people that are too dangerous to be allowed to live. John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, etc. This is the only instance in which I believe the state should be allowed to take the life of an individual. Other than that, there is no reason the state should have the power to end a life.

  • @bkam351

They could at least make it more impressionable.

    Like hanging them.

  • Screw the death penalty.

    BRING BACK HARD LABOR.

  • @baron8107 THANK YOU! I'm thinking the exact same thing!

  • I was genuinely eating ice cream while watching this video.

  • @DivideInfinity I (It's dumb that the "I" is already emphasized, so I cannot emphasize it any more... -_-") eat icecream ONLY eagerly... xxD

  • @stuchly1 I completely agree, there are so many cases where I wish to emphasize my I's. and cannot, its terrible

  • @AnimeFuckHead ikr? =D

  • @DivideInfinity me too xD

  • all hail, bacon lord!

  • Bacon lord was probably the funniest thing I've ever seen.

    Thank you man.

  • Death penalty does deter the dead.

  • The link to the shooting video is terminated. Just look it up in search.

  • Bacon lord :3

  • @2:02 Kody looks sooooooooooo high

  • i dont know where i am on liberal and conservative i like the idea of religion NOT being in charge of the government and i want gay rights and legalized abortion and universal healthcare but i also like guns and want concealed weapons and im for the death penalty so what the fuck am i?

  • @halloweenfan92 You're a reasonable fellow, by the sound of it. Mindlessly belonging to one or the other is plain retarded.

  • This is the first video that you have made where I generally disagree with you. I'm for the death penalty. You are saying that some dude that goes out and kidnaps a 6 year old child then keeps them as a sex slave for a few days and finally kills them then shows no remorse about it should be allowed to live. That's just fucking stupid. Also are jails are full enough as is.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere

A guy who murders a six-year-old may DESERVE to die, but are you really okay with the state having the power to actually do it? Especially if he was actually innocent, and got convicted anyway because he's black? Look up some statistics on how insanely racist the judicial system is. You won't believe it.

I support the death penalty too, but ONLY as an idea. In reality, the system is so broken it's terrifying. No one should support the system we have now.

  • @AlexReynard I wasn't saying I supported the system we have now. I said I supported the death penalty. As of now I have to accept that many Innocent people will die and that does upset me but not enough to say that the death penalty should be done away with. I just have to keep on hoping that as time goes on the system will eventually be changed to a more accurate none bias one.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere "As of now I have to accept that many Innocent people will die and that does upset me but not enough to say that the death penalty should be done away with."

I 'd suggest you think really hard about what you just said.

Because if I heard about someone who honestly believed that getting vengeance was more important than the lives of innocents... um... That's how supervillains think.

Am I wrong? If someone in a movie acted like that, wouldn't they be considered evil?

  • @AlexReynard I like super villains. Some of them from my perspective aren't evil at all. Take for example Darth Vader. He slaughtered thousands in the hopes of saving the one he loved. In the end he failed but it didn't make him evil in my eyes. I am sure the families of his victims would want him dead and so would I but not because I thought he was evil but because of the things he did. Evil is a point of view. What one person may see as evil another may see as good.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere

If you're serious, then I genuinely hope you live very far away from me. Eek.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere Like Hitler and the jews.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere That's a strange point of view, honestly. Its akin to (yes, Godwin's law) saying Hitler wasn't so bad because he loved Eva Braun.

Evil is 'doing bad things in a knowing and repeated manner for a cause'. Darth Vader was evil, and also really gullible and stupid.

  • @andromidius Not necessarily, keeping in the line of Star Wars related examples, take the Imperials of that galaxy, they believed that order and power can be achieved through deception and force therefore they will do so in their power to maintain order and end strife. What others perceive as "evil" is really perceived as an act of benevolence by them.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere just think of jesse james.

  • @TheClayPeopleAreHere Long story short.

    Morality is subjective.

  • BACON LORD!!!!!

  • Someone please tell me what the outtro song is. Thanks.

  • TJ YOU'RE A STRAWBERRY!!!! jk

    I agree with you.

  • You make a good case, but got really scratchy towards the end. You make argument from empathy, "what if it were your family", and so on, but turned that around when you discussed police brutality. The death penalty is meant for scum, why make it solely for police scum? I 100% agree with the original case, but you confused me when you sided with a double standard, pro-death penalty. I'm kind of assuming it was just your usual, funny antics, but help me out here, what was going on with that?

  • Regarding 1:14, by American standards I would probably be a conservative or at least a "right-winger", and I fully agree with this. I'm against the death penalty not because I think that certain crimes don't deserve severe punishment or even death, but because I don't think a state should have the right to legally kill its citizens. Then again, let's not forget that many "right-wingers" such as Penn & Teller are strongly opposed to the death penalty, too.

  • Comment removed

  • Death penalty for cops!

  • there used to be time when death penalty applied strictly to lower class, and upper classes could act with impunity , because upper classes also wrote all the laws. In today's White Eurotrash World we call America the reverse should be the rule. You want to be the President? Sign right here, where it says $400K/year UNLESS you as much as fart; then -off with you head. Want to be a cop- sign right here- $100K/year and armored vest UNLESS you rape a Black with a plunger; then it's off with a dick

  • Although I agree with a lot of the points that TJ said about the death penalty, I still support it. Not because of the 'eye for an eye' bullshit, no not all. I support the death penalty because we have too many people in prison. Do you realize people actually make fucking money off of your incarceration. Not only that, but do you know who pays for these prisoners? Us; the taxpayers. I say if someone's committed a horrible act like kill a massive amount of people, then go ahead and execute him.

  • great job at censoring the original video youtube!

  • If criminals are allowed to be murdered for their actions then everyone in the fucking world should be killed.

  • @Samuslovr1 Why? Could you please elaborate on your point?

  • @mynameisjonas45 Do I really need to? Its quite obvious.

  • @Samuslovr1 Are you trying to say that everyone is a potential murderer? I don't think I understand your point entirely, but I feel that you may have a good one.

  • @mynameisjonas45 No I'm just saying if we were to hold everyone accountable for every action that they have taken, then the entire worlds population would drop to about 0. Killing someone because they did something you don't like sounds really stupid to me, and the death penalty in the pinnacle of stupidity.

  • @Samuslovr1 I agree.

  • I think when you intentionally and maliciously end the life, or rid someone of all quality of life, of someone innocent than you yourself lose all of your basic human rights yourself. If you massacre a dozen women and children you deserve to suffer as they and their families have. Whether or not this position has any rational, I do not know. But emotionally speaking, I know this is what's morally right.

  • @chimmychainsaw Sorry, I'm too high to be coherent... I hope you get the jist of what I'm saying though. Agree, disagree?

  • ..Those cops were fucking Nazis...

  • I'm for the Death Penalty. If you take away someone's right to live, you forfeit your right to live also. Besides, it would save a lot of money.

  • I exactly agree with what WiggsMaGee

  • btw you look like your breath smelled in this video

    Good video tho

  • "If we execute murderers and there is in fact no deterrent effect, we have killed a bunch of murderers. If we fail to execute murderers, and doing so would in fact have deterred other murders, we have allowed the killing of a bunch of innocent victims. I would much rather risk the former. This, to me, is not a tough call."

John McAdams - Marquette University/Department of Political Science, on deterrence

  • @Markula4O4 Yet it is and has never been a deterrent. It's called EGO.

  • @happilylonelygamer Did you even read the quote? It doesn't matter of it isn't a deterrent or not and it isn't a tough call....Do you think a murderer would share your same views on Human Life? Do you think if a murderer gets out on parole after his 25 years do think he's "rehabilitated" or hey he's done his time, he would never think of doing it again, right?

I say if you murder an innocent you're finished...

KILL ALL THAT IS EVIL SO THAT GOOD MAY FLOURISH

  • @TheAmazingAtheist

If you murder someone you should just be killed automatically as soon as they sentence you....Like right in the courtroom...get a big Mafioso looking guy with a Desert Eagle to blow the guys brains all over the Defense Attorney.. Dismiss with his life forever

  • @Markula4O4O

"KILL ALL THAT IS EVIL SO THAT GOOD MAY FLOURISH"

Killing is wrong, no matter who you fucking kill.

  • @happilylonelygamer oh, so by that logic...killing Osama Bin Laden was wrong then?

And what if a person who raped and murdered goes to prison when they're 19 and gets out after serving 32 years and does it again.. the people who let him out are then almost just as responsible for the murder itself....this is something I cannot object to, no matter how cruel, or hypocritical it may be.

  • @happilylonelygamer btw "KILL ALL THAT IS EVIL SO THAT GOOD MAY FLOURISH"

is from The Boondock Saints- Great Movie highly recommend it....

  • @happilylonelygamer It shouldn't be a pissing contest between what is best for Humanity and People's Morals or their thoughts on Hypocrisy ..its about what is going to make a difference...and locking them up for a undetermined amount of time or even forever, doesn't make any difference. Killing them may not either...But I'd much prefer the latter to ensure the person has no chance on being back in society, and for giving YET ANOTHER reason why you can't murder someone

    ..murder them right back

  • FUCK VPD. does anyone know what DID happen to the officers?

  • The death penalty should be preserved for abusive cops AND people like Paul Jennings Hill

  • If it's hypocritical for the government to kill killers... isn't it hypocritical to imprison people who kept people in cages in a makeshift dungeon? Isn't hypocritical for a cop to taser I guy who is running away? Isn't it hypocritical to allow the government to extort money from people? We grant certain rights that to the government that we ourselves don't have. If we're going to eliminate everything that is hypocritical in that sense, we won't really have a government anymore will we?

  • *claps*

  • The death penalty's existence is mostly to scare people from murdering.

  • Their is one and only one why to deal with pest in your home, you can lock em and keep them from spreading for a while, but they'll find away to spread throught out your home, the only way to get red of pest is to kill them.

  • @ENDONASOURNOTE yea cus black people have not gone through enough like white people. good point bro

  • @ENDONASOURNOTE Why would he do that? There are white on white crimes, black on white crimes, white on black crimes, white on asian crimes, asian on white crimes, etc etc.

No one cares what race you happen to be.

  • The problem is, American cops have alot more power (firearms, no surveillance, patrol independence) and half the scrutiny of training or character reference. Here in the UK, they have to be pretty feeeckking certain that you're of good character and want t oserve the community rather than yourself. Plus, obviously only select groups of british Police are allowed to carry firearms, and everything they do is recorded on in-car cameras and checked in by radio.

  • @ENDONASOURNOTE why?

  • ALL HAIL BACON LORD!

  • Whats more of a hell. Killing someone who isn't going to go anywhere but the dirt, or to be in prison for life, surrounded by people who'll kill you anyway and make your life a living hell every fucking day?

  • I'm conservative (leaning libertarian), and I oppose the death penalty. However, I would give every prisoner the OPTION of being executed if sentenced to 10 or more years. As well, all but the most atrocious crimes should have penalties under 10 years. The purpose of prison should be to remove the immediate threat and help prisoners become viable citizens. None of this emotional "prison is punishment" shit; abuse just turns people into fearless savages with even less respect for the law.

  • Oink oink, little pig XD

  • Can you believe that the account that uploaded the eyewitness video has been closed because of "Third Party Copyright Infringement"? Seems a little suspicous to me...

  • it's not hypocritical at all. it's a consequence of an action. the murderer has to have murdered someone for the government to execute him/her. the government doesn't kill for fun. not to mention executing a murderer can be beneficial in the sense that they won't have the opportunity to repeat the offense. it's quite a simple concept, actually. but hey, there are smart people out there that don't know how to change a light bulb. it happens.

  • Presidents and all people with such power, should have their lives on the line. A member of the government has a huge reponsibility, and when they break our trust and order people killed or kill people themselves, they're treated better than if they were just regular citizens! I wonder if the cops were just suspended. Or god forbid, suspended without pay.

  • I think we should have phones/cameras that stores the data it records in real time to a remote web server in russia that way even if the cops takes it and smashes it, the data will survive.

  • only he would cry over ice cream

  • i completely agree with your point about cops signing that; and i actually intend on becoming a police officer

  • You surely complain a lot about american police, but if you lived in Mexico for a werk you're gonna want to suck some blue cock.

  • @Zazilium but you don't Police are fake faggits .FUCK THE POLICE !

  • prison is made to reform criminals. if jails actually had programs to help these killers and criminals i say some could reform change and live a new changed healtier life. but the correcctional facilities ironically enough with that kind of name just rather not try to help prisoners and pocket some money for themselfs.

a jail is just a place to put people you dont want to deal with

we are not bad people we just make bad choices

  • @kipikawaii708 Nope you ARE definitely a bad person if you molest a child, rape someone, murder an INNOCENT person, you are a corrupt public official/officer or commit any crime against humanity. If you went to jail for something like possession of marijuana, your are not a bad person, simple. If telling yourself you are not a bad person helps you not to re-offend fine, but it does not change reality.

  • He's so fucking right, I just wanna scream "YEAAAAAAAAAAH! FUCK THAT SHIT!" Police should not have that much power. Fuck!

  • I think that Its wrong to kill people but if you comit pre medatated murder, you've lost quite a bit of humanity and you are and will continue to be a potential hazard tho others (even if you do never hurt some one again and/or are locked away forever wasting the resources of the country). What gives a murderer the right to waste the resources of an already struggling country because they made a horrible decision.

  • "BACON LOOOERRRD...SENTENCES YOU TO DEEEAAATH!!!!"

  • If you willingly take someone's life in sound judgement and mind, I believe you have forfeited your right to live.

  • I agree, cops need to be subject to the death penalty for gross abuse of their authority

  • The police are public servants and slave to government and society.

  • @shadowvowed187

agreed...100% correct...but whats your point? its been that way forever...and it has NO chance of ever changing...why bring it up? its a obvious and dead issue

  • This is the only video I have disagreed with you on TJ. We need to have the death penalty because it'll lower the rates because obviously life in prison isn't intimidating people. Also, inmates are expensive and with less of them, we can spend more money on better things like healthcare or renewable energy

  • @mrquinnie429 Yeah, housing prisoners is expensive, and that money could be used on more constructive things, but I think the point that TJ is trying to make is that the value of life is much too great for something like the death penalty to be in place. Having the almighty government kill criminals is wrong and makes killing look justifiable. Also, It doesn't sound right to kill off criminals so we don't need to use our tax dollars to feed them. In my opinion it seems kind of savage.

  • i keep getting a siemens ad

    i lol every time

  • I agree with him.

  • Thats bull shit, We have the RIGHT to film their bull shit

  • Do you know what i like? Porn.

  • If you are so for these people living why don't you go guard them yourself? You support it but you don't ever deal with them do you Amazing Atheist?

No, I want them to live but keep them far away from me, you deal with them!

Put me on a list, if there is someone horrible enough that deserves death I'll kill them for the state, the state doesn't have to be a part of it, let volunteer citizens do it. Of course, that could attract the wrong kind of people..

  • I don't support the Death Penalty as a punishment, I just don't understand why we keep dangerous people around in a cage, whom many continue to cause damage to others while they are locked up.

Also its not hypocritical to kill a murderer, killing a murderer is not murder. If I kill someone who attempts to kill me is that also wrong?

It costs a lot of money to house and feed them, the resources could be better spent if the guild is for sure, and not DNA or some bullshit like that.

  • @Martial024 (killing a murderer is not murder) If you kill someone, self defense or not, punishment or not, then you are a murderer. If you kill a human being, you are a murderer.Think about the witch hunts from the middle ages. Are you saying the innocent women burnt alive from that time were not murdered? They were killed by the government. Why should the government be allowed to kill people for the sake of punishment? If 500 people kill a human being,is that not a murder?

  • y mommi?

    WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • But is putting people in jail for say locking someone in a closet for about a week hypocritical cause were locking up someone to show that locking up people is wrong. I dont belive the death penalty is hypocritical, it gives killers a taste of thier own medicine. Sure conservatives are for the minimalization of government, but I see it as a charge for a crime they commmited, just as a bank robber would be sent to jail for his crimes.

  • The government shouldnt be able to have the death penalty unless in extreme cases such as the Dneptrovolosk maniacs (Three guys one hammer).
