its an anchor... you attach the bungee to the anchor and put the anchor out past the break of the waves

i got my bungee online at skim online i think, the anchor you need is a 18 pound dans forth anchor.

i got a 15 kg anchor , and it got lose once, the cord was streched out but the ancher came very slow to us.. i got mine from the site bungee banshee.. but nice vid (y)
