my ht is 6 feet n i weigh 75 kg and uses a 16 pound or 7.30kg shot and only manages to throw about 9 m. (using sliding technique)

i bench abt 60kg in inclined 10 reps

squat-120kg 5 reps

please suggest for improvemnet
