Your somewhat correct. It's mostly about money. Many die hard Square fans own X Box's. To supply products to Square's customers only through the PS3 would leave them at a loss compared to their competitors. But, seeing as the KH series seems exclusive to the Sony Consoles and Nintendo portables, I doubt it would ever come out for the X Box.

You all seem to forget that KHII had two endings. One, is now the prequel, Birth By Sleep. But if you all remember correctly, King Mickey sends Sora a message in a bottle, indicating that HIS story might continue on. I'm not saying that there WILL be a KHIII, but with the success of the series, it is very likely.
