well... you could Format your Wii, it removed all the tweaks and the Homebrew Channel for me but be careful! You may not be so Lucky . Or you could just uninstall bootmii & Preloader with their respective installers...
I am having the same problem but I don't have bootmii. Can you send me the bootmii wad?

did you remove the sd card first and see if the menu boots normally? i think you installed the preloader.

im trying to revirginize my wii too
and i looked around
and to my belief the best thing to do is system formating and formating all ur sd cards and flashdrives
