Hmmm reading slowly and methoedicly dose not constitute Guru status. No offence to the old and dusty ugelt!!! Poetry is an expression of the human emotions one experiences, for him to cite Bill shakespear in a manner in wich you portray knowing his litriture is a travisity, ide have more respect for him if hes was a little less quotive.
This is lovely - particularly, I thought, the way it was presented - disjointed, whispered, interrupted, yet fluid and flowing beautifully, until the highlight at the very end, when the reader's attention shifts suddenly down, as if to hide this secret breath of art with us, the listener. Thanks.
Your sonnets are beautiful. I found this in your response to Urgelt, and then I clicked on your Allpoetry link. I like the "happy Ghost" sonnet especially. (I disagree with you about the thumbnail. This one is beautiful; otherwise, frankly, I probably wouldn't have clicked on it.)
An arresting reading of an engaging piece. You need your own camera, at your own place, so you can read through at a consistent pace...without interruptions.
Thanks so much! I agree!! I had to do three different takes and cut it up line by line. My laptop is currently at home with my mom who is stuck in bed for a while... SIGH!
Rarely good verse comes forth. This one's quite good. I enjoyed it.

You wrote that? That's excellent. Shakespeare himself would be proud!

Lol, I really don't miss making my videos in the lab!! The only reason I let myself do that one with people in there was because I knew them.

Stefani, I'm honored that you chose to respond to my reading of #38 with your own work.
The simple purity and evocative beauty of your poem is appealing and calming. Your words dance and sparkle like faeries welcoming the dawn.
