its more good u use streamyx..streamyx is the good one coz if u take the 1mbps package,u will download with 1mbps and sometimes n some places u will get more than that...now i use digi internet..RM66 per month @ 460.8Kbps....its look nice when browsing,but it slow if watch video or downloading...

460.8Kbps? I thought EDGE only goes up to 236.8 Kbps? I dunno Digi got 8 timeslots for it's broadband.. I've tried my friend's Digi data card before and speed is decent as if you only checking email's or browsing non-heavy sites. Stay away from Digi, wait for them to get the 3G access soon. For now, stick with Celcom, Maxis or U-Mobile (maybe iZZi) for better traveling companion.

I'm also a former Maxis wireless broadband user, I think that if you use it to travel as in WiFi is not so reliable, stick with it. If you wanted to use only at home, use either streamyx or WiMax if it covers your area.

If u wanted 2 get fast speed in stable surfing better get streamyx maybe the 1Mbps to 4Mbps. WiMax in M'sia is not proven yet so better wait for around 2-3 months and see wat is the responses.

I did remember way back in '02-'03 when there is no HSDPA and we can only rely on data card to travel with only give you up to 384kbps.. no complains back then..my opinion is dat only buy simcard based modems IF you wanted to online when you are on the go.

Yeah im using streamy combo 4mbps. But it still never reached 4 mbps.

And international dl is just 1mbps. Tht sucks and ping is very high.
