i just love this show, and when I saw this I was hurt to see someone who had all of those cats and only one was saved. I have five cats, and they are fixed, have their shots, and are very spoiled. Yes it costs, but it is worth it for my babies.people don't understand if you going to have animal you need to take care of them. THAT THE WAY IT IS

I remember a story like this on that show... There was a guy who had waaay too many... it might even be this guy. But all but 1 cat was disease and had to be put down. The remaining cat was a kitten which was given the name Uno because he was the only one who made it.
The owner of the house should be kicked out of the county and the state should confiscate the property and demolish that nasty disease infested house! And kill all the cats too, why not!!

Animal Cops Detroit used to be my favorite show. They do such an awesome job. I saw this episode a few years ago. YUCK!! I was grossed out then, and I'm grossed out now. How could anyone live in such filth?! These investigators risk their lives saving these animals. I appreciate the work they do cause I sure as hell wouldn't do it. God bless!
It is awsome! This kinda job, you get to do something different, go somewhere new and save the live of different animals everyday. Everyday is different. I cannot stand office jobs or factory jobs. Those kind of jobs you do the same thing everyday! I dont understand how people can do that ya know? If i get this kinda job in my life time, Yay!
Yeah, I can't stand anything repetitive. Like working in an office in the same environment day in and day out would kill me inside. I'd really love to get this job but I read that it doesn't pay very much.

I just saw an episode of Animal Cops Detroit that I could not believe. This particular cat hoarder had 247 cats (plus possibly a few more that the sweeps missed). The condition of that house was so unbelievably atrocious. They had to euthanize all the cats because they were feral.
@GypsyFairy69 I don't like the new YT.Its hard to reply to things at times w/o having to reply to someone who already posted.There were 2 big cat rescues and the biggest one was the mentally ill man who moved into the garage coz he had like around 200 cats in his house.The video here had less I think.

One little kitty was saved! It was healthy and has a wonderful home now. They did a 2 hour cat specail on the The Animal Channel yesreday.
What I'd like to know is what became of the cat hoarder? The guy needed help.
