  • I start making that much money in FOREX, I personally wouldn't be investing in Real Estate!!!

  • With tax considerations legal liabilities and simplicity, I would say a mix of domestic high yield dividend stocks and bonds should form the base of passive income. You don't want to learn one morning your holdings in some exotic land was just nationalized;-)
