I went to your website to check it out. Beautiful work. I was looking at your resources page and see the youtube videos, but while it mentions PDFs, I didn't see a link for them. Is this something you will be adding?
The ends of the handle are both done using a turkshead. They just take too long to do in a demo... the whole class would just be the knot. If you are interested in learning them, there is a great video on here by a fellow by the name of Bernie46. I have found it one of the best demos on knots I've seen.
