If the earmarks were worthy, they could stand on their own merit. If not, Our government has no business spending MY money on projects that have nothing to do with ME! State projects should be funded by state budgets... or not. Lower federal taxes and stop wasting My money on Charley Rangle's library, or Harry Reid's railroad from LA to Vegas. If a project is not a national necessity, Don't spend federal money on it! Lower taxes+ Smaller government= economic growth
