You sure are an absolute idiot! I am a fourth generation Hen Island resident. The water in the rain barrels is used to water plants, it is boiled before it is used to wash dishes and for other cleaning purposes. The shower on the wall is one commonly used by campers and is used to rinse off- not for any other purpose. Are you going to go after the Camping Industry, members of REI, Outsdoorsman of America, the Boy and Girl Scouts of America because they heat their water up using solar power?

Dude you suck. Just stop trying to stop these people through the laws. Help them if you have problems with this issue. Some people are just trying to survive. You need to seriously try to protect the public through education and simple resources. Good luck on you code quest.
