It's more effective against fox because he's a fast-faller. If you try her f-tilt against Luigi or Jigglypuff, or even Marth, you'll get attacked right out of it. It's all about the situation; in this case Sheik's f-tilt was very effective, but that doesn't mean it's "like a chain grab" against other characters.

Don't worry about that. Just remember, every loss is a learning experience. That can be tough to settle into, but trust me it gives you more confidence in the long run.
