  • Thank you very much chef, for your passion and patience...I often see some comments on your accent but nevertheless for one such a comment (which is stupid anyway) you have thousands and thousands of thankfull people behind you! I am a bad cook and I have to admit I am a receiver not a giver here but I tried this yesterday (apart from Chad Masala) and it turns out to be unbelievable good.alongside which some German bread as I am from there it is fantastic!!

  • Vahchef - I made this tonight and it was amazing! Couldn't believe my kids ate it and loved it (maybe it was your dance that they loved?) They normally don't go for this but my husband and I love Indian cooking. You've given us hope on the home front!

  • hi chef your recipes are awesome. I prepared this murgh malai kabab and it was great. One quick question how long does chicken breast takes to minutes cook on broil. I cooked it for about 15minutes but I felt may be few more minutes were needed. (any suggestion)

  • Hey, i got 'Shan' (brand name) meat tenderizer from a local indian store. You can use that meat tenderizer for making this dish.

  • Their tenderizer is so fantastic because it's made from papaya. Papain is the derived product and you can feel comfortable feeding it to your kids because it's all natural.

  • @vahchef I used pineapple in place of meat tenderizer and it made the marinade bitter. After doing some research on internet I found that ''Pineapple contains active enzymes that can derail some recipes. For example, if you cook the fruit with milk or cream, the mixture will become bitter. ''

    I just wanted to share my experience and this information. Thanks for the recipe!! I am sure if I use meat tenderizer next time it is going to taste very nice.
