@SheerEpic It has a backup password to unlock. This is just for speed. Instead of typing in a long password, you just unlock your phone while looking at it. I'm running ICS on my galaxy S ll. I use this unlock most of the time. Never caused me a problem with haircuts, glasses, or even my hat. Its google man. They make stuff WELL.

It has been said that it can unlock just by a photo of the person. The people who found out about this asked Samsung if this is a security risk for the phone, they said no since this is just a nice and fun little feature to unlock a phone but if you really want security its best to use a password or something.

Distance between the eyes. Width of the nose. Depth of the eye sockets. The shape of the cheekbones. The length of the jaw line.
