@MaDdCrY12 It works A LOT of muscles, but some more than others. It mainly hits the triceps, pec major and minor, anterior deltoids and rectus abdominis. The stabilisation off of one arm make it more challenging and also forces small spinal muscles to activate as well as other core muscles and requires a lot of shoulder and hip stability as well.
