Not all-around titles. Kabaeva won three but had all her medals, including all-around gold, stripped at the 2001 worlds because of a failed drug test. She won her titles in 1999 and 2003. But keep in mind that Kabaeva didn't compete in 2005 and the worlds are only every other year now, instead of each year like in Petrova's day. Still, Petrova won three straight world all-around titles. That's impressive no matter what the time frame.
