What the algorithm did you use?

BTW.. I have some problem with OpenCV-FPS and my webcam. My webcam can do 30 FPS but when I try to set fps to 30 in OpenCV - I get an error:

HIGHGUI ERROR: V4L: setting property #5 is not supported

Have you met an error something like that?
