It's fun. It's kind of tedious sometimes, but it feels good when you get the notes to line up just the way you want. And it's a relief to be able to Paint a song that you get stuck in your head. I'd say it's most like "drawing" music, which is appropriate for the name Paint.

Then again, I don't play any instruments. Maybe I'd feel differently if I did.

No, it's really about the same feeling. It actually does make it somewhat easier, sue to the preexisting knowledge of the notes.

Still fun as hell.

Heh, glad you're excited about it. I've kind of hit writer's block now, though, and can't think of any other songs to do. I wanna do something from Mother 3 but they're tough songs...
