  • I like the sound this thing makes. Don't see how i'd use it for music though.

  • cool set up would love this myself

  • so why exactly should i get this

  • Whats te point of this?

  • whens this getting back in stock?

  • hiya! want to be getting the pcb for sourcing soon, what if any particular type of 390 Ohm resistor did you use, and also the vactrol, searching mouser/digikey is so fun, thanks in advance!

  • 34-39..I farted.

  • sounds similar to a fuzz factory doesn't it?

  • wow, that is a loud out of pitch note repeated several thousand times. I WANT ONE!

  • I want one so bad but i want to assemble my self.. they are out of stock..

  • @Samitch04 Sadly, we're not going to carry the full cases for the foreseeable future, we'll still have the bare bones kits, though. We sell the bare cases if you're interested in making your own.

  • @Samitch04 Download any software with right functional . Ouh , people , how can't you understand that your computer can evrything , if you have straight arms of course .

  • Man I love big knobs!

  • if the sound comes from a 555 chip, what explaines the price then?

it's quiet high in my oppinion, or is it analog/high quality anyway?

  • awesome!!! oh boy oh boy i want one now!!!

  • me explotaron las pelotas

  • It sucks

  • suck like you ;-)

  • Is that a freakin' Korg MS-20?!?!?! That's awesome. I liked the "Voices of Saturn Used Converse" too.

Anyway, when you're done listen to this come to my channel and listen to some good music.

  • average frequency please

  • 2:16 FART!!! this thing is awesome though...

  • come on make some techno for me!!! jjJjaaaajjaj

  • Nice Elka combo!

  • The Mario soundtrack is like Beethoven.

  • Thinking of ordering your sequencer and Sound generator kits and putting them into two Acryl-boxes..and when i get more money i will get the Modulator too...only thing that bothers me is having to use a battery..thinking of putting in an adapter too..hope that wont be too hard..

  • sweet

  • Thanks a million! cheers, s.

  • I'm seriously considering eliminating the 9volt battery on my VofS unit switching on to an electrical current - yes, I know, not the easiest thing to do. But I find the sound dying, due to the battery, especially if compared to the Triwave picogenerato by 4MS (I mix both units via a Jomox T Resonator and use two Roland CM 30 to pump out the sound - the sounds are out of this world!) - the battery bit is really a put down - what would you say?

  • its actually pretty easy. just get a 9v dc power adapter, and get the proper jack for it. instead of the batter, simply solder the wires going to the battery clip to the jack for the power adapter (i'd make sure to get a tip positive power adapter, with barrel being ground). be careful of your polarity, and it should work fine. i've already done this to my sequencer prototype.

  • Nice project!

  • My suggestion would be to outpu this thru some 1000 watt amps and loudspeakers to annoy the f@#* out of your neighbors! :>)

  • Can this catch fire on its own? That would be dangerous but cool.

  • cool ! The external delay makes possible VCS3-like sounds.

  • i could play with that for hours

  • That room is pretty much my definition of heaven.

  • No MIDI ?

  • not yet... if you have a MIDI to CV converter you could use it to control the mayhem.

  • Oh there's got to be a way.

  • Explain something to me. Can i plug my guitar into this thing? Or shall I look for something else?

  • The Voice of Saturn is a synthesizer. It generates tones, however you could input a pre-amped guitar signal in to get some weird effects. It is not meant to be a guitar pedal though, mainly it is supposed to be its own source of sound.

We'll be releasing another module in the next few months that will be a ring modulator/filter.

    Thanks.

  • I have this one - bought the kit for a very fair price, assembled it and hooked it up to an echoflex and delay effect - really scream! Most highly recommended!

  • thanks! Post a sound file / pic / mod to our forum and we'll send you some free stuff :)

  • No need to thank me - your kit is great and very well priced. Have no regrets and wish you the best of luck - hope I can post something soon and will send a sample for your amusement - cheers from rio.
