I have been using some that said the ingredients are: "Ammonium and Hydroxide Solution". It doesn't say it has any fragrance or any surfactants. However, when I shake the bottle, there are a lot of bubbles. Do I need to start my cycle all over again? It's the second week in.
personally, i would do a 100% water change and then continue the cycle with 100% ammonia (without surfactants this time). I don't think you need to wash out the tank totally nor have to start from scratch again with the filter. Just continue where you left off.
@ventralfins thanks so much im a month into cycling my tank my ammonia dissappearing in 24 hours but my nitrites disappearing in 48 well they was till i had to start adding ammonia every day
it actually shouldn't say 100% ammonia,but probably 3-10% as 100% ammonia is only a liquid at -33C

@MrChannel5news
try your local mom and pop hardware store. I sometimes find them in homedepot. but for sure the walmart ones have surfactants
