Not sure if this has been pointed out but its A-ko vs Mari in this vid. Liza was in In project A-ko 1:grey and 2:blue. She was a blonde.

Mari is based off of Kenshiro and has a similar finishing move that makes peoples head fluctuate and flatulate. Very similar to ken but without the exploding head...just a farting head in Mari's version.

Do note that the series was made in the 80's so they got lotsa spoofs, like Captain Harlock and such. I think in OVA 3 it was made even more obvious Liza (or Mari) is a Kenshiro spoof as she did the ol hundred fist strike, only to get hit by space debris and knocked out.

For those who don't get it Project A-ko was inteded to be a parody of all the anime series then, A-ko (red-haired girl) has superstrength, C-ko (blonde) is an annoying cute girl tha A-ko wants to protect and in this scene Mari (that huge macho looking girl) is a parody to Kenshiro of Fist of the Northstar and the sidekick of the bad girl in this story, B-ko.

Well back in the day when i watched Japanese Anime. There was a Girl who felt she was raped and they blamed the African American for it and a slew of bad information carried on from there. Then they started doing shows like this. To African Americans. That is what tells me this was related to that.
