You know, maybe the scorpions ripped of simple man but look... it's not a very original sequence of cords...C,G,Am the same cords of several songs... like no woman no cry for example...;its a total cliche cord sequence.and poor van zant... i love skynyrd ... but he couldn't sing ...

Just cause they sound alike in the beginning means nothing. The 2 songs sound totally different as a whole. Mindless dickheads think otherwise. Scorps never copied anyone. Never needed to.
