At this same Council Meeting, Kevin Hart and the other new Council member took an oath to "uphold the Constitution". Clearly, Hart does not much respect the First Amendment to the Constitution, so I doubt he will respect his own oath. In fact, though he lacked the courage to accuse me of lying, he made a snide comment later implying I had violated the law, when the truth is just the opposite. So, he's unrepentant about his actions, which tells me he will repeat them when it's convenient.
