@SinYue That isn't actually a secret move. It's Dhalsim's "running" animation used whenever his foe gets too far away from the range of the game camera which usually occurs when both foes are at the furthest points of the screen where possible and the opponent gets knocked back by an attack far enough where the game camera has to focus in on the foe and a "running" animation is used to keep characters at a reasonable distance from one another.

Poor Kairi frozen at the end xD I've had all of the secret characters that are normally unlockable, but I've never attempted to make a code for unlocking characters :) I make cheats for all kinds of reasons with Action Replays too, then increase the hex values above maximum to find extra characters.

Well you need a cheta disc such as a Gameshark or an Xploder to use the codes. btw, I used a PAL (european code) but you'll need an NTSC one, I think. Try this one.

Cycloid's pointless as a player character. Unless your opponent's willing to over-use Excel chances, draws will be a common thing.

Well, the cheat code I have, isnt to unlock all hidden characters. I have a character mod code, to change whoever I pick into Bison II. Have a look around and see if you can find a different cheat code.

Ok. I have the original version on PS1 and I used a cheat disc called Xploder to select the secret characters. There is no way you can play as them without one. And sorry, I dont have an emulator, so I dont really know what to do to get them on there.

He's called Vega because thats what he is called on the Japanese version of the game - the one that you must have. The name of the cheat disc is Xploder. To unlock all of the hidden characters (the easy way) go to the main menu. Then highlight Bonus and hit Select twice, highlight Director and hit Select four times, highlight Practice and hit Select once, finally highlight Arcade and hit Select four times.

The secret move with Garuda can only be done by the secret character - 'CPU Garuda'. This is the version of Garuda that the computer fights with. And this character can only be gotten with a cheat disc.
