10:15 to 12:50 this was on a COPS episode aswell hence the walking camera man. There was a civilian that saw the dude running away and followed him a couple of streets. Then raced back to tell officers where he went. Officers searching the garage didn't immidiatly find him. The gun he had was also stashed away in the garage. The dog did not find him.
