i've noticed that for some reason most of the amateur jugglers use beanbags and the pros use regular balls. is that because beanbags are easier?

nah..depends really... beanbags don't bounce away into nowhere when you drop, so when practicing new stuff everybody uses beanbags i gues.. but for performances stage balls are way better. most of the time stage balls are bigger, so that's harder to juggle

This might be a useless comment to you (you're about ten billion times better than me), but in outdoor environments, if you're doing anything heavy impact (landing those backflips), you need to bend zee knees more to cushion the impact. Sprung floors are very forgiving in that respect, but you've got to adapt your style when you're on harder surfaces.

Then again, your legs are probably strong enough by now to take it. I dunno.
